Stayed here for Christmas and I must say the location was perfect. It had easy access to all the tourist attractions and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room had a beautiful view and was well furnished. the food in the restaurant was good too.
On the negative side, the room smelled musty and outdated. the parking was expensive and not easily accessible.

a lovely base for our weekend, would love to come back here some time. staying easy walk to everything we needed, like st martin's church. room was a good value.

Great location, close to the city centre and convenient for exploring the area. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist with any requests or questions.- The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.
Limited parking spaces available, which can be inconvenient and may require parking elsewhere at a higher cost. The rooms were a bit small and stuffy, with no opening windows for fresh air.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel located in a very quiet village. the room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the Cathedral. the bathroom was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the efficient check-in to the hardworking housekeeping team. the adjacent pub to the restaurant was a great place to unwind at 8 pm. it was a fantastic experience.
The hotel lacked some basic facilities, like tissues and a bath mat.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, from the sealed windows that keep the rooms quiet to the air freshener that adds a pleasant aroma. The location is ideal, being reasonably close to the city centre and in close proximity to the cricket ground. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are also accessible for disabled guests, with secure access.
One minor improvement could be higher beds for added comfort.
